A graduate of the prestigious University of Manchester, UK, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Innovation, Strategy and Entrepreneurship). Garv exemplifies leadership and responsibility, driven by a clear vision and a deep passion for working towards that vision. His goal is to create an enriching and engaging learning environment where children can explore, grow, and enjoy their educational journey. As a key figure at MDN Edify Education Pvt Ltd, Garv embraces challenges with a forward-thinking approach, inspiring those around him to work with purpose and dedication.

Ms. Anuradha Pant

Ms. Anuradha Pant, has an experience of over 33 years in the education circuit. She has been instrumental in the formulation and implementation of institutional policies, Strategic Operations Management and in providing academic leadership in curriculum designing, promoting child centric pedagogies and learner evolution.
Hailing from the Defence elite, Ms. Pant has done her schooling from different Kendriya Vidyalaya’s. She had the opportunity of exploring diversities and thus upholds her strong faith in ethical values. She has therefore been propagating the idea of Emotional Intelligence and Scientific Attitude and bringing Life Skills to the classroom. She did her graduation with Honors from NEHU, Shillong and received her Masters Degree in Chemistry and English. To further enhance her education she completed Management in Systems & Computer Application from Osmania University with flying colours. With a career spanning over 3 decades she has been associated with schools of repute such as City Montessori School, Lucknow, Amity International school Noida D.R.S International school Hyderabad , G D Goenka Delhi and Mayoor School Raipur (under the aegis of Mayo College, Ajmer).

Mr. Ajay Kishore Lall

Mr. Ajay K. Lall has over 40 years of comprehensive experience in the field of Education. He has successfully managed the academic work and administration of Day and Boarding Schools across India serving as Principal for various schools since 2007.
He carries vast exposure in the IB, Cambridge, CBSE, and ICSE Curriculum and has first-hand experience of IB, CIE, ICSE & CBSE affiliation. He is also an Examiner for Math SL Paper 2 and has been a workshop leader for International Baccalaureate.
He has worked with both start up and established schools and has been involved in various roles which include HoD Mathematics, High School Coordinator, IB Coordinator, Badminton Coach & House Master, before taking over as Principal of RiverDale International Residential School in Pune in 2007.
He is also an avid sportsman and plays nearly all games. He has been instrumental in organizing many innovative programs in schools.
Mr. Ajay K. Lall, is now the Principal Advisor at MDN Edify Education for Edify Schools across India, being the single point of contact for support in Academics and Operations in these schools.
